First established in 1989, Belper Steam and Vintage Event is now one of the largest in the county. It has exhibits and attractions for the whole family to enjoy, including; Vintage Vehicles on show, and plenty of charity, trade, craft and auto jumble stalls. There are also arena events, olde tyme fair and street entertainers to keep children occupied.

The Bakewell Food Festival, held in the picturesque town of Bakewell, boast over 70 stalls which includes locally sourced produce, tasty dishes and delicious drinks. There will be a number of cookery demonstrations to inform and educate.
The Love Food Roadshow will be present, with celebrity chef Richard Fox, which will also feature children’s cookery. In addition to this family event, there will also be pony and donkey rides, and many other fun activities for the whole family.

Matlock Bath Illuminations features a spectacular illuminated and decorated boat parade along the River Derwent. It is a fun packed family event with fireworks every Saturday Nights at 21:00 and entertainment every Sunday night from 18:00 in Derwent Gardens.

Generally held on the last Saturday of every Month, The popular Bakewell Farmers Market attracts more than 5000 visitors and has 70 stalls to enjoy, most of the stalls are dedicated to food and drink with a number of favourites such as real ales, wines, mushrooms, large vegetable stalls, rare breeds of pork, buffalo meat, ice cream, bread, jams and preserves.
It is the second largest Farmers Market in the Country and has recently celebrated its 20th Anniversary in 2018.
