Matlock Bath Music Festival is a fabulous way to take in a variety of muscal genres whilst enjoying all the delights Matlock Bath has to offer.
During the festival Matlock Bath town comes alive as it’s numerous bars and pubs play host to many bands playing a variety of music from rock to classical.
The festival is completely free, starts in the afternoon and goes on into the night.
There’s lots of other things to do in Matlock Bath provides a wealth of entertainment for family members of all ages. You can visit Matlock’s very own theme park, Gulliver’s Kingdom, you can ride the cable cars up to the Height’s of Abraham, you can take a rowing boat out on the Derwent, and if that wasn’t enough there’s a fantastic pirate ship beached in a sand pit for the little ones, there’s numerous arcades with traditional slot machines and arcade games, and then there’s all the gift shops, fish and chip shops, restaurants and cafes you could wish for. Matlock Bath is widely regarded as the most landlocked seaside town in Britain and you have to see it to believe it.
